Complaints channel.

The complaints channel is a tool for employees and third parties outside the organisation to alert the organisation, in complete confidentiality, regarding suspicions of misconduct related to the activities listed in article 2 of Act 2/2023, of February 20th, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption.
The system is based on the principles of ease of access, confidentiality, anonymity, publicity and respect for the guarantees of those involved.

Any person may report matters related to the aforementioned article of such Act, verbally or in writing, in any of the following ways:

– Verbally, in a face-to-face interview

Complaints may be made anonymously or by name.
The management of the complaint will be carried out by the person responsible for the system, who is JESÚS FERNÁNDEZ IBÁÑEZ.

The complainant enjoys all the protections provided for in the regulations, including confidentiality and data protection.
The complainant will receive acknowledgement of receipt within seven days of submitting the complaint and will be informed of the progress of the investigation carried out, as well as of its final result.
