\nThe system is based on the principles of ease of access, confidentiality, anonymity, publicity and respect for the guarantees of those involved.<\/p>\n

Any person may report matters related to the aforementioned article of such Act, verbally or in writing, in any of the following ways:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Through the channel access on this website or by scanning the QR code below.<\/p>\n

\u2013 By post to the following address: Hermanos Fern\u00e1ndez Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, Puerto Pesquero D\u00e1rsena 4, 36202 Vigo<\/p>\n

\u2013 Verbally, in a face-to-face interview<\/p>\n

Complaints may be made anonymously or by name.
\nThe management of the complaint will be carried out by the person responsible for the system, who is JES\u00daS FERN\u00c1NDEZ IB\u00c1\u00d1EZ.<\/p>\n

The complainant enjoys all the protections provided for in the regulations, including confidentiality and data protection.
\nThe complainant will receive acknowledgement of receipt within seven days of submitting the complaint and will be informed of the progress of the investigation carried out, as well as of its final result.<\/p>\n
